To compliment every purchase of CashManager, you are invited to become a member of the Support & Update Programme.  While CashManager is an extremely simple program to learn and use, the Support & Update Programme will provide complete peace of mind as assistance is available should you require it.

The Support Team is available via email and fax should you require assistance with any aspect of CashManager.  And the Support Team is not called this for nothing. You will experience a level of assistance unlike that from any other software company.

 

When you join the Support & Update Programme for 12 months you will receive:

walkthrough of the key CashManager features (at a scheduled time) if required.
Unlimited email and fax access to our Support Desk.
CashManager software updates via CD or our website, ensuring you are always on the latest version of our software.
Access to our CashManager Online Help Centre which includes How-to Guides, FAQ's, Tutorial Videos, Practical Exercises and more.
Replacement software should it be required.
Regular emails with CashManager tips and our monthly CashManager newsletter.

Thank you for the extra time you took to cover the last topic, online, from the Accelerator course I attended in December. I cannot recommend more highly the course content, you as a trainer and as a result of those two Cashmanager as a business accounting programme. I was already singing its praises as an extremely intuitive and user friendly system but the course raised that praise several notches. My only suggestion for something I would like to see would be some time spent with an expert Cashmanager trainer to watch how I do things and suggest any streamlining of those processes if that is available.
