What happens to my data when I cancel my subscription to CashManager Online?
 Your data is removed from CashManager Online on the day your subscription expires.

a.  I don’t have a copy of CashManager on my computer

your data is available until the 1 months notice has expired.  During this time we suggest you either print or save any reports you wish to have access to at a later date.  You can save these as either
i.    .pdf
ii.    .xls
iii.    .rtf
iv.    .txt
v.    .htm

b.    I do have a copy of CashManager on my computer, but it is older than the version available on CashManager online

During this time we suggest you either create a final transfer file in the version you have available on your PC and email it to yourself – or ask us and we can do this for you.

 
How do I update my CashManager to latest version

 

Step 1: Click on the "REGISTER" button on the top right hand corner of the website. once you are registered on the website login with your "username" and "password". if you already have a "username" and "password" then click on "LOGIN".

Step 2. Click on "Support & Update" tab on the main menu. Click on "Update Your Version"

Step3: This will bring you to the "Update to the latest version" page.

Step 4: Click on "Update here" to download the latest update if you already have CashManager or Click on "Full Download" if you want to install the full version on the computer for the first time.

 
Do I need to be connected to the internet to use CashManager Online?

Yes you do, however the program is not web-based so does not require a browser or you to log into a website. The system uses Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) (a link we will send you that gives you direct access to our servers).

 
Is there any difference in functionality between CashManager Online and the PC based version?

No, it is exactly the same program. The functionality along with the look and feel remain the same, meaning if you are familiar with the PC based version, there is nothing new for you to learn.

 
Am I able to use CashManager Online on a Mac?

Yes. We will provide you access to a website where you can access the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). You do not need emulation software to run CashManager Online on your Mac.

I am a 73 and ½ years old and computer illiterate. Last week, my 12 year old computer not only crashed, but collapsed. I have been using the cash manager program for some years in my business. I have now purchased another computer and at the time, the computer shop transferred as much of my old information across to the new one. However, I was told I had to re install the cash manger program which I did yesterday. However, I could not open any of my reports. I phoned accomplish customer service and was put in touch with Eugene Hawkins in NZ who provided technical support. I wish to place on record my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided. Eugene spent the best part of an hour finding and rectifying my problem.
