I cannot recommend more highly the course content, you as a trainer and as a result of those two Cashmanager as a business accounting programme. I was already singing its praises as an extremely intuitive and user friendly system but the course raised that praise several notches. My only suggestion for something I would like to see would be some time spent with an expert Cashmanager trainer to watch how I do things and suggest any streamlining of those processes if that is available. I also find your support line excellent and would give special mention to Eugene who has got me out of a hole many times. Thank you again (20.01.2012)

On 12th April'2011, I attended the training course for Cash Manager at Hamilton. Having been a Cash Manager user since 1996, I thought I had a hand on the product, and did things efficiently. The training day was a revelation to me. I learned skills, processes, and shortcuts which will improve my productivity one hundred percent. When I rang Accomplish Support for help today, I was very pleased with the help I received from Jerry. He was extremely polite and very obliging when required to explain things more than once. Computers are not my favourite tool, although I do appreciate them and use them regularly. When there are problems, I find I have limited knowledge. Previously when I’ve had issues, and required telephone support, I have at times been made to feel stupid. I really appreciated Jerry’s skills in explaining and not rushing me. “I am a sixty- six year old Australian male and depend a lot on help with three programmes, Exonet, MYOB Account – Rite Premier and Cash Manager Accomplish. On the 19th November, Jerry of your support, took the trouble over a couple of hours, to find out and instruct me how to allow a settlement discount to a customer on Accomplish. This involved phoning me back three times from New Zealand, including replying to the initial message, as well as remote access to see what had gone wrong, and downloading to his PC to delete errors. All as part of our $ 279 annual support fee! We have to pay $ 165 per hour plus GST for Exonet Support at present. "Most grateful.” Please pass this on to Jerry as well. The Managing Director. I am a 73 and ½ years old and computer illiterate. My licence No. is 219104. Last week, my 12 year old computer not only crashed, but collapsed. I have been using the cash manager program for some years in my business.I have now purchased another computer and at the time, the computer shop transferred as much of my old information across to the new one. However, I was told I had to re install the cash manger program which I did yesterday. However, I could not open any of my reports. I phoned accomplish customer service and was put in touch with Eugene Hawkins in NZ who provided technical support.I wish to place on record my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided. Eugene spent the best part of an hour finding and rectifying my problem. You do not often find this type of dedicated support with many companies today. Brian Shortall, Managing Director
I am just writing to tell you how thrilled I have been with the service I have received from your New Zealand branch of Accomplish. I have just purchased a Windows 7 computer and this meant that I had to update my Cash Manager 32 program. I rang the 0800 help line thinking that I would have to purchase a complete new program and was instructed that I could buy an up to date version as I already was a Licence Holder. There is considerable savings to be had in doing this. I was pleased. I once again rang the help desk and spoke to Jerry, who offered wonderful support to help me copy my current and previous years data into my Accomplish 2010 package. I wish to thank you all at Accomplish for making the transition to the more modern 2010 package as painless for me as possible. Your support is certainly Awesome.
Thank you for your help during the years and also from your support team who we have had to call on once or twice for help with odd things as clients brought files into us. Their prompt assistance has always been appreciated and I know those clients who have also used them have commented on the results they have had favourably.
I am going to miss the friends I have made through work but with my continuing use of CashManager will at least mean I will still have contact with Accomplish. It is an excellent product. Whenever I have had to make contact with the Cash Manager Support team they have dealt with my request in a very professional and helpful manner. They are able to talk through a problem succinctly and with a great deal of clarity. On a previous occasion I had to contact a company unrelated to Accomplish and was charged $20.00 for approximately 1 minute support. As a comparison with Cash Manager, I pay an annual fee and receive full free telephone or email support whenever I require it. The Cash Manager programme is extremely user friendly and I fully endorse the programme and the support provided. I have found especially handy the option to search by name, date, and amount a great tool within the system and have noted similar systems do not have that available. CashManager is simple and easy to use but don’t be fooled – it is a full featured system with some really great features such as its GST return preparation functionality (one of the best I have personally come across), bank transaction import and auto memorisation that makes bank statement reconciliation a breeze and a comprehensive suite of reports. A nice feature is the dashboard, where you can see at a glance the state of your bank balance, profitability for month and year to date, and ageing of debtors and creditors. I like the ability to e-mail your CashManager file to your accountant from within the program itself – as an accountant this enables me to get on with preparing my client’s accounts and tax returns quickly by generating reports on receipt of the file and also enables me to review transactions in the system when necessary rather than having to wait for a client to answer a query. I am happy to give clients a range of software package alternatives but I prefer to use and recommend CashManager. Paul Martin
To Whom It May Concern. In all the years we have been using Cash Manger we have not had to have to call on your support at all. Your system is so incredibly user friendly and easy to use, problems pretty much never occur. Today however whilst rolling over the end of financial year disaster struck and a whole years data was lost. The team were able to access our system remotely, and then talk to our computer support company to restore Cash Manager from back up and recover all the lost data. They then went on to upgrade our Cash Manager Programme. Your support was not only fast and efficient (the problem was resolved in less than an hour) but friendly and incredibly patient. I was put onto Supriya (Support staff) to talk me through the process. We had a time delay on the phone, something of a rarity in these days of optical fibres. However, this plus the fact that our server and my computer are on different floors, made for a prolonged effort. Supriya was patient and understanding for the entire time. After about 30 mins, I couldn't log onto the website, so she emailed me the file, which was installed and it is working perfectly. When LabChek decided to implement electronic invoices, for local and international clients, one of the key steps was to improve the layout of the various invoice and statement documents. We asked Accomplish if and how they could help. Joanne Bedford I renewed my Cashmanager registration today (not sure of the terminology!). Angela Baker (Client Services) answered the phone and assisted me through the process. I'm not flash at computers so I really appreciated her patience, helpfulness and great sense of humour. Finally last year we purchased CashManager Lite and started utilising the program in June 2008.
I'm an IT dummy and always seem to have problems when updating software online, which can take frustrating hours. So I've avoided updating CashManager for the last few years, in case I stuff up my existing package which works fine for my business needs. However, after hearing about your new 2009 software, I decided it was time I bit the bullet and updated to the latest program.
I have been a user of CashManager for the past thirteen years. I have always found it to be an easy program to use and the support team to be very helpful.
I have been an advocate for CashManager since 1995, and have had many clients buy the software. It is software that produces a result, and which enables the client to get a good picture of their business. For years I struggled with the need for robust, yet effective accounting systems to operate small to medium sized businesses.
Can I also make a comment that my clients get into all sorts of difficulties with other software providers when trying to correct an error as none of these are as user friendly as Accomplish CashManager. And in regards to support, it makes no difference to the Accomplish support team whether I run it on a Windows PC or my iMac - it is just not relevant. Sonja Jelsma Kind Regards, I am a lawyer in practise on my own buying and selling houses for clients. I have been using CashManager to record client trust accounts for 3 years now. The client accounts are kept constantly up to date and at the end on each month I must certify to the NZ Law Society that the accounts are reconciled against the trust account bank statements. I can do this on my own easily. The system contains all the information necessary to satisfy audit requirements. I have a full support contract with you, for advice when it is needed and you are there for me every time. A splendid service. Thanks again. I just have to write and say thanks for CashManager. Lack of support from my previous software supplier (possibly due to change of ownership) lead to my very good fortune in finding CashManager.The programme is easy use, my first GST printout was awesome as was the support I received when I had a query regarding this. I'd like to compliment your company on your CashManager product, and in particular your helpdesk. I purchased my business coming up 2 years ago, and have progressed from the Standard CashManager, to adding the Invoicing module, and now to the CashManager Plus. My business turns over approximately $40 million per annum, and at frist I was hesitant that such a simple program to use would satisfy my needs. I have to say that everything I have thrown at it, CashManager handles with ease, and in an extremely functional way. The only issue I have had, have been of my own making and have been easily fixed. This brings me on to your helpdesk and team that I have called upon regularly. This is in no way a reflection of the product that I call frequently, rather that the range of features available that I try to incorporate into my business accounts. Every time I have had occasion to call the helpdesk, I have had exemplary service from your staff. Even during busy times such as the end of financial year, I always receive a call back on support issues in a reasonable timeframe. There have been times where I have been unreachable, yet your team still keep trying to contact me. Each time, there has been someone knowledgeable and helpful, and who normally can advise me how to fix my problem straight away. Even if they need to see the file, the CashManager program makes it simple to email it direct to your support desk.
